A Bite of China in the U.S, Americanized.

This speech is for my Entertaining Speaker manual #3, Make Them Laugh.

My first touch with Americanized Chinese food was Panda Express. I’m a picky foodie for Chinese cuisine, and yet I understand that there are needs for changing and adapting the traditional Chinese flavors to local communities.

I follow this great Chinese foodie site (Chinese), and below are some good restaurants I’ve tried in the San Francisco Bay Area, they’re pretty good!

631 Kearny St San Francisco, CA 94108
Their salt & pepper crab is gorgeous!

5152 Moorpark Ave, Ste 30, San Jose, CA95129
Their spicy dishes are great, fish, chicken etc.

76 S Abel St, Milpitas, CA 95035

726 Clement St, San Francisco, CA 94118
Sichuan spicy flavor
