Three Secrets of Staying Motivated for A Daily Project for A Year

I started many ambitions that ended up nowhere. I’ve started many dairy books, but none of them had more than two weeks of notes. Two years ago, I made a New Year’s Resolution in this very place, I announced I would do 20 push-ups everyday, which is not a hard thing for me, but I only managed to do it for one week. I almost thought what’s wrong with me? Why can’t I just find a thing and do it? Well, it turns out, it’s not thay easy.

Then, I finally found one.

So far, it has been one of the few things I can proudly say that I succeed in doing with persistence.
